Your Right to Choose

You are never required to use any specific lender, inspector, title company, home warranty provider, or other ancillary service provider. You may select any qualified provider of your choosing, regardless of recommendations, marketing platforms, or affiliations. The choice is always yours.

Recommendations vs. Requirements

Your Signature real estate professional may provide recommendations based on prior client experience, professional reputation, and service quality. These recommendations are optional only and are not requirements, conditions of representation, or guarantees of performance.

Marketing & Advertising Platforms

Signature and its affiliated agents may utilize third-party marketing or advertising platforms, including online real estate portals. The use of any platform does not limit your right to choose representation or service providers and does not impact the quality of services provided.

No Steering or Compensation Influence

Agents may have ownership interests or receive compensation from affiliated service providers, provided all such relationships are fully disclosed in compliance with applicable law.

Under no circumstances may an agent require, coerce, or imply that a consumer must use an affiliated or recommended provider as a condition of representation or favorable treatment.

Independent Providers & No Guarantees

All service providers operate independently of Signature Real Estate Group. Recommendations do not constitute warranties or guarantees of fees, performance, outcomes, or future service quality.
